Core Motion Lab — Last updated May 2026
01
Introduction
Welcome to Core Motion Lab. These Terms & Conditions define the agreement between you (the client) and Core Motion Lab.
This document is here to clearly outline how the membership works, what you can expect from me, and what I expect from you. By joining, you agree to the terms described below. If anything is unclear, you're always welcome to reach out.
02
Services provided
Core Motion Lab provides personal training and movement coaching focused on improving strength, mobility, posture, range of motion, and overall physical well-being.
Sessions include coaching aimed at improving movement quality and supporting clients experiencing physical discomfort through non-medical guidance. Methods may include movement-based techniques, posture awareness, and functional training approaches.
All services are coaching-based and non-medical in nature.
03
Membership & payments
Payment structure
Payment is required before the initial intake session. Membership runs in 4-week cycles (not calendar months), and each cycle begins once payment is received.
Ongoing membership
Membership renews automatically every 4 weeks. Continued access to training requires an active payment. This structure exists to ensure continuity, results, and scheduling stability.
04
Cancellation policy
First cycle flexibility
During your first 4-week cycle, you may cancel at any time.
After the initial period
After the first cycle, a 4-week notice period applies. Cancellation must be submitted via the Trainin app. If no cancellation request is received, the membership continues automatically.
05
Pausing your membership
Notice period
A minimum of 2 weeks' notice is required to request a pause.
Pause structure
Members may pause up to 4 weeks per year. Pauses must be taken as 2 weeks or 4 consecutive weeks.
Conditions
The pause takes effect from the next billing cycle. Requests must be submitted via the Trainin app. Pause options do not apply to one-time packages.
For clients needing more flexibility, alternative membership options may be available — feel free to reach out.
06
Credits & sessions
Credit system
1 credit = 1 training session (including intake). Membership includes either 8 or 12 credits per 4-week cycle.
Validity
Credits remain valid for 8 weeks (2 cycles). Unused credits expire automatically after this period.
Usage responsibility
Clients are responsible for booking and using their sessions within the validity period. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for other services.
07
Client responsibility
Voluntary participation
You choose to participate in physical training voluntarily and understand that exercise involves inherent risks.

All services are strictly non-medical. No diagnosis, rehabilitation, or therapy is provided.
08

Core Motion Lab is not responsible for injuries during or after sessions, aggravation of existing conditions, misunderstanding or misuse of coaching guidance, or missed sessions and expired credits.
